Produced from fresh whey (%100) obtained from cheese production. Produced from fresh whey (%100) obtained from cheese production.It is pasteurized and demineralized(%70) and then dried by spray drying method.

It is used in industrial food production.Complies with the 

Turkish Food Codex. Protect from heat, odor, moisture and direct sun Store in a cool and dry place away from light.
