RELLA GIDA has been striving to produce the best mozzarella since 2007 with sixty years of experience in various fields.

High production Quality

While the daily milk processing capacity of our Rella Gıda production factory, which was established in Izmit in 2007, was 10,000 liters at the time of its establishment, today our daily milk processing capacity in our factory in Manisa-Salihli has reached 800 tons. With our 6.500 m2 production area, we process 292 million liters of milk per year.

As Rella Gıda, we carry out a comprehensive process from the feed of the cows to the production of cheese with our feed producer company Ofis Yem, which is our group company.

 

We always follow the latest technology with young and dynamic teams and aim to offer the best to our customers by working with the leading pizza chains in the sector. While paying extra attention to hygiene, we never compromise on quality and taste.

We reach more than 30 countries

We reach more than 30 countries with the care we show for export. We became one of the 100 fastest-growing companies in 2016 with our increasing exports.

With the experience we gained with frozen mozzarella technology, we entered the food sector with frozen cake in 2011 as Rella Cake.

As Rella Cake, we established our first frozen cake production factory in 2011. Since its establishment, we continue to work with chain brands.

Rella Gıda has 2 factories in Salihli where we produce mozzarella, oil, and powder group products, 1 factory in Pakistan where we produce mozzarella, oil, and powder group products, and 2 factories in Istanbul where we produce frozen cakes.

We reduce our carbon footprint

As Rella; We continue our activities with the awareness that the level of welfare, quality of life, employment and the continuity of the ecosystem are our common responsibility.

For a sustainable environment, we care about contributing to the continuity of human and nature harmony by trying to reduce our carbon footprint.

By using solar panels in our factory, we attach importance to quality and taste to nature.
